FYI, we had a couple of people ask if non guildies could raid with us. You can read my answer, but basically I said yes they could, but it was dependant on space available and could be considered on a trial basis prior to apping to the guild.

For those who want to try us (and us them) before leaving their guild.

Let me know how you feel about that. I am not going to displace a guildie for a non-guildie; but this might be helpful to attract some people.

i agree, Brann.. Guildies always first. Trials would be fine and potentially people that just want to come and we happen to need the spot filled that week. We'd have to work out a specific loot rule in these cases.

In the past when we had been doing recruiting, we had the loot master disposition "unwanted" loot out to them as he saw fit, however we only let them come with the understanding that they had no rights to loot.
I dont recall running into any problems with it in the past.

DKP somewhat solved that issue too, unless someone was negative but guildies had priority.

I bumped the CC recruit forum for us with the same info we have here and on wowhead forums.

If there are other websites you are recruiting at, could you please list them so we have the same info at all locations.
